Charles Bumgardner
The State Seal of South Carolina depicts two ovals containing Latin phrases which translate to "Prepared in Mind and Resources" and "While I Breathe I Hope." I am Charles Bumgardner, and I would like to represent all people in South Carolina Senate District 18. My desire is to bring common sense solutions to the State House.
